Please confirm that you have not selected an express delivery service. This service has a cost higher than the standard shipping and perhaps it was not your intention to choose this.

Another possibility is that you have used a discount coupon on a selection of out-of-range products. If this is the case, we recommend that you review the terms and conditions of that particular campaign to confirm that everything is correct and appropriate for the items bought.
